A Promise Fulfilled (Light Up the Stage) Rating: 4/10 A weak Divination is still somewhat serviceable, and getting to cheat it out for just a single red mana is perfect for aggressive mana curves
But if I were being less generous, I would point out that Magic already had 30 years to figure out how to make good and cool cards
For a deck that can basically split one enters effect into two with offspring, that scales into four enters effects with Panharmonicon
Whenever chaos ensues, creatures you control that are white, blue, and/or black become artifacts in addition to their other types until end of turn
