For the most part, its a nine mana lord, which Im honestly fine with
When the game starts, no player has the initiative, and there are three ways for a player to take the initiative
That removal effect is balanced enough to me since it is basically BLS's minus the self Special Summon, and the ATK still needs the game to have progressed enough to make its swing worthwhile
